- Children (1-13 Years): Up to 6 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)
- Adults (14+ Years): Up to 8 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 20 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 80 mcg)
